Liars - billed for services not rendered Was told by Carl Miller (biggest liar in world) that tests were performed on car. When asked for proof there was none. Advised one tire needed replacing but forced two to be purchased. Brought 'bad' tires to other dealer who advised tire was good. This is not the first time they screw with us. More

Trap on special order items I was a loyal Honda of mckinney customer, spent of $2000.00 with them, had plenty of chances to burn them. Like when they put 5 yr old tires on my car, not once but twice. Scratched my car up in the car wash, don't let them wash your car! I asked my service advisor if mats I ordered were right ones for my car, was assured they were. Fabric is wrong, color is wrong and fit is wrong! I asked to return them, was told no,Since I ordered them. I will never bring my car back for service, while I was waiting after most recent visit. My alignment I paid for wasn't correct, saw my car racing down the street behind the dealership. The people in my car slammed on my brakes and took a corner way to fast. Then I heard my car at redline while the driver headed for 75. REALLY Disappointed! Bad experience! Avoid this place if you can. Way better dealers like David mc David in frisco! Never order anything from this Dealership! You will be stuck with it, even though it is their xxxxin mistake! Lost a customer for good! More
