We found dealing with finance to be less than acceptable. I called and left a message for Jimmy Rogers, he was supposed to call me back, I got tired of waiting (6 hours) and drove back to the dealership. Jimmy informed me that I would need to speak with their accounting department. I called the accounting department the next business day, no one answered and I was transferred to finance. I don't remember who I spoke with but I explained the nature of my inquiry and he informed me that he would immediately go to the accounting department and call me back. Three days later and I am still waiting for him to call back. Be sure you have all of your questions answered before you give them the money. The incentive to help decreases significantly when they have their money. More

Jarrett helped me find the perfect CR-V I had to replace my Pilot but knew that I wanted another Honda. We were greeted by Scott when we entered the dealership and he introduced us to Jarre I had to replace my Pilot but knew that I wanted another Honda. We were greeted by Scott when we entered the dealership and he introduced us to Jarrett. They asked me what I had in mind. I spent some time researching the 2016 and 2017 CR-Vs prior to our visit. Jarrett found one for us to test drive. I knew pretty quickly that I wanted to take a CR-V home with me. Jarrett was very thorough in explaining the different features we would find on the CR-V models. He was able to help me find the perfect one. Jarrett took the time to explain every detail of my new 2017 CR-V to me- it's pretty fancy! He answered all of my questions and walked me through every process. Jarrett treated us with respect and was very patient. I never felt pressured or rushed. He made it a great car buying experience. He has reached out to us to make sure that things are going well and to see if there are questions that have come up since our visit. I would recommend Jarrett and Honda Cars of McKinney to anyone. The dealer pre-installs some really neat protective features on all their cars such as all weather floor mats, trunk tray, door edge trim and protective clear film on the mirrors, behind the door handles, and door edges to protect from scratches and dings. Things I was already planning on doing. Working with Paul S. was excellent. He made it easy and enjoyable. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. And Jimmy R. in finance was great too. No bull, no hidden fees, they explain everything up front how it is with an honest opinion and what is best for the customer. Something I am not used from a car dealership. The dealership itself was clean and welcoming. Complimentary Starbucks is always a plus. I am glad I made the drive to McKinney from the heart of Dallas. Will definitely purchase from them again. More

While I bought a car from them 10 years ago and had a good experience with them, some how Paul managed to top it. Paul made what can be a nerve racking experience into one that I actually was comfortable with and left feeling incredible about my purchase. Paul is a very knowledgeable professional but not pushy. As a female buyer there are times where you doubt if you are getting a fair deal. With Paul, he listened to understand what was needed and was quick to get the exact car - down to the exterior and interior colors and sports trim package. He was fast, courteous and there was never a question he wasn't happy to answer. I've purchased 4 cars and by far this has been the best experience. Bad experience with finance My wife purchased a 2017 Civic two weeks ago. She had a trade-in with a good amount of hail damage, for which we had an insurance draft of about My wife purchased a 2017 Civic two weeks ago. She had a trade-in with a good amount of hail damage, for which we had an insurance draft of about $4800. The online trade-in estimator gave us a value of about $10,000 WITH the hail damage. So, we had a great feeling we would get a good deal. Of course, we did not get the value we viewed online (even saved a screenshot of it), but we did reach a deal that would only have us approximately $2200 out of pocket. Great. No problem. So here was the plan: 1. We wrote the dealership a $7000 check to HOLD FOR 30 DAYS, as promised 2. The dealership would pay off the trade-in, so that the lien could be released 3. After the payoff, the insurance company re-drafts the check in my wife's name only, and we deposit it into our personal account. This was the plan of action given to us, and we accepted. The check was NOT held for 30 days. It cleared our bank this week (two weeks later.....14 days < 30 days). My wife was told that nothing could be done. That it was the end of the month and the books had to be cleared. So I ask, WHY make that deal with a buyer if you know you cannot honor it???? This is deceptive and despicable business practice. We will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Lute Riley will likely get our business from here on. More
