Everything was great except that I was told my service would only take "a couple of hours". I was there for 7 hours. I had to cancel all my other plans for the day because of this. My Honda had a dead battery which I had recently purchased from them. Mr Keith was very courteous and replaced it with a New battery. Also it was my wife's bday and we were very late. During the times when I have experienced difficult to solve prolems the mechanics often take the time to come out and talk with me directly and even ride with me. The waiting area is first class and the free loaner cars have been invaluable to me many times. More

By far one of the more pleasant oil changes I've had. The service technician was informative and quite polite. Turn around time was fairly short (about 45 min). I usually take my honda to Quicklube due to the price point, however I had a coupon that sealed the deal. I don't quite agree with the ten dollar price difference between that budget oil places and the dealership. I feel that the components (fuel filter, etc.), being manufactured overseas like the others, are no more superior. Also the oil quality are about the same with no noticeable difference in performance. If I'm paying for "the experience" than I rather continue to go the budget route and save a few bucks. More
