Honda Cars of McKinney serviced my car today. I went to them for an oil change and took a coupon I received in the mail. Mr. Sado and the technician working on my CR-V provided quick, courteous, professio them for an oil change and took a coupon I received in the mail. They tested my battery and it failed the standards and I was given a new battery since it was less than 3 years old. Now that's service! More

Antony (Tony) was friendly from the moment I arrived. He listened to why I was having my Honda Pilot serviced. He checked my service record and suggested several things that needed to be considered. I was only interested at this time in an oil change and tire rotation. He did not try to pressure me to get the other service, but told me to consider it for a future visit. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take to do the maintenance, and it came in under the estimated time. Tony, told me as a result of the quality control inspection, that my battery was low on charge. He offered a new Honda battery for for a competitive price, but I declined at this time. My overall experience was very pleasant and I have pleased with all maintenance I have received since I bought the Pilot from Honda Cars of McKinney in 2003. More

Friendly service, Mitch was very helpful!! Dealership was clean. Had a free newspaper and cookies to go along with your wait. Mitch indicated that the service would take two hours so I waited. He was very apologetic for the long wait just to get an oil change, but I understood b/c you all had a rush of customers right before the lunch hour. When he said they topped off my washer fluids I laughed and told him that the water pump wasn't working to spray my front windshield. He said give me a minute. He took my car around and blew out the hose and they both work now! He did not have to do that, but took the time to try and it worked! He provided great customer service and I also like to work w/ Ron in your service area. More
