Ron provides excellent advice and insures all items are completed before I receive my car back. My vehicle is washed and ready to go when service is complete. I find the dealership and service area to be very clean and inviting and the waiting room is very comfortable with many amenities to make the wait pleasant. All personnel I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful, even just in passing. More

I was introduced to Mark when I attended the new car seminar and he has ALWAYS been an incredible service person. He recommends without being pushy, he is always friendly no matter what and he knows his Honda cars inside and out. Being a woman I can tend to feel "taken advatage of" when it comes to service and parts on my CRV. But not with Mark, he is patient and explains everything to me and why we are doing this and why it has to be done, but this other issue can wait a little longer. He is a very honest person and that is a rare quality to find now a days. More
