I bought my new car from this dealer. I also referred my friend who bought his car from here too. I take both my vehicles to this dealer for servicing. Overall customer dealing is pretty good. Getting my car serviced for tasks as simple as an oil change is no longer a chore. The service center in McKinney is easily accessible from my house and the prices are lower than most other local service centers. Each employee is friendly willing to help without hesitation. The quality of work the service center does keeps my family coming back for routine maintainence. Because of such high standards and quality, I believe the prices are exceptionally low. Being unfamiliar with the terms that come with maintaining a vehicle, the McKinney employees make the overall experience much easier and tolerable because they are willing to explain things. One employee that comes to mind is Tony Espinoza. He was extremely helpful with explaining a potential leak in my car. By far, the McKinney dealership holds a higher standard of customer service, and is done well! More

My battery went bad at the mall so I had a guard jump me to start it. It was 6 weeks past my 3 year warranty so service could not help me to replace the battery, but I did get a $69 bargain for a new 100 m to start it. This is my second Honda and I am very happy with my new 2009 CRV .I have taken it on several long trips and enjoyed the comfort and ride.I would recommend the Honda to any one.
