We purchased a new Pilot in 2002 at Honda Cars of McKinney. We have had it and an 03 Accord serviced there often. We have had a good relationship with our Sales Associate, Harji. What I appreciated most was the were easy to work with. No hassles! I had an somewhat unusual situation in that I need to move monies from two different accounts that took 2 business days to complete. I explained the situation with Harji and the Sales Manager and they were very understanding. We signed the agreement, and when I returned two days later, the car was clean and had a full tank of gas and ready to go. No Hassels! No Problems! Service associates are very professional and thorough. From time to time they would remind me of an upcoming major service to help me prepare for the additional expense. In summary the things that are important to me, SERVICE and FAIR PRICE, meet my expectations. More
