Right after I bought the car I got it back with a cracked windshield and a service light on for tire pressure. Seemed like after I bought the car I got zero customer service or care. When I test drive the car there wasn’t a crack in the windshield and the tire pressure light was not on. The next day I immediately messaged John and just got the run around car salesman talk. Took the car in and all the service guy did was reset the tire pressure but an hour later it came back on so they didn’t fix that. Took the car to get the windshield fix but all they did was put some glue on it and it’s still spreading. Felt very uncomfortable communicating with John and don’t know what to do. Feel like I got screwed over after I bought the car and they didn’t want a lifelong customer.
