I couldn't have been more disappointed in this dealership. They are the closes to us so we really wanted them to be our local dealership for sales and service. I connected to them via the Costco dealership. They are the closes to us so we really wanted them to be our local dealership for sales and service. I connected to them via the Costco program, to Brad Shokler. He did an initial call with me and then never sent me the Costco price sheet. I called multiple times over 4 days and never got a returned phone call. So I called the dealer main number and asked for Steve Niyogi. He got me the Costco price sheet in a few hours! However, it was a total scam. They would not honor the Costco program price, without adding on EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE dealer option, and most of these items these were NOT already installed on the vehicle yet. Then Steve just refused to negotiate on anything. I had solid offers from Lute Riley Honda and John Eagle Honda and send them to Steve to compare... he brushed me off and said "they will never honor that price". I was astounded by their arrogant behavior, and lack of interest in selling me a Pilot. So I kept working with Lute Riley Honda and handily beat the number I took to Steve. I called him to let him know I was driving to Lute Riley at the end of the day to buy a Pilot, and wanted to give him one last change to meet or beet their deal, and as seems to be the norm with this dealership, not even a return phone call. Honda Cars of McKinney is a complete waste of time, based on my experience. We bought our Pilot from Lute Riley and had zero problems. More
