I would not recommend this dealership. I'm giving credit where credit is due, and I'm giving them one additional star for their sales team (Stephen H and Peyton O). The sales team was the only positive experience at this dealership. They laid out our options but were never pushy. I'm sure anyone reading this can appreciate that. Let's get down to the reasons why I'm taking away three stars. First things first, the car was filthy. We bought it used, and we fully expected it to be in used condition. I'm emphasizing this because we're not upset by the condition of the car, but rather annoyed by how filthy it was. We left the car at the dealership to be "detailed" after purchasing it. The end result was a grimy film (inside and out), crumbs, scuff marks that could be wiped off, and a lot of dirt and debris on the floor and mats. They just did a lazy vacuum job and didn't do a good job of that either. My wife and I took the car to a wash, vacuumed it, and wiped it down ourselves. We got the outside clean, the wipeable scuff marks, and film out of the car, but the deep-rooted dirt and debris, we're still going to have to get it shampooed. Let's now talk about how utterly unprofessional this dealership is. My wife and I work weekends. Between Saturday and Sunday, I work anywhere from 20 to 30 hours. It depends on the week. The dealership made a negligent error and reached out to rectify their mistake. That alone is fine, but they bombarded us with calls, texts, voicemails, and emails. They didn't give me adequate time to respond. I texted two of their representatives to please have the dealership stop contacting me because I'm working, and I'll call them to help with their mistake when I get the chance. Apparently, they thought contacting me again was a good idea, with a threatening undertone I might add. Their behavior was belligerent, unprofessional, inconsiderate, condescending, and by definition unacceptable. I was going to bring them more business, as both my parents are replacing their cars, and they have in stock exactly what my parents are looking for. However, I would not put my parents in the hands of such an incompetent dealership. 2 out of 5, would not recommend. (Their sales team is not to blame.) More

Our experience, on July 18th, at Honda Cars of McKinney was a breath of fresh air! We worked with Masud and he was fantastic! Clearly was a night and day difference because we bought a car. Masud was the best!! Robert, in finance, was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I cannot recommend Masud enough. He doesn't pressure and he makes you feel at ease. He's the one to see if you want a great experience purchasing a new vehicle! More
