I recently purchased a new Honda Accord Hybrid from Honda Cars of Mckinney. Initially I felt that the experience was great as I went to the dealership, spoke to the Salesperson (Billy) and negotiated on a pr Cars of Mckinney. Initially I felt that the experience was great as I went to the dealership, spoke to the Salesperson (Billy) and negotiated on a price for the vehicle (including a few accessories). Billy got to me sign a piece of paper that I will purchase the car today if Honda agreed to the price $36,090 and Ron (THE MANAGER) came to me and discussed and said YOU HAVE A DEAL! Pretty Cool right.. ? I then proceeded to speak to their finance person (Jimmy Rodgers) who was awesome to chat with and walked me through the finance options, talked about soccer, showed me the monthly payments etc. and sold me the mechanical repair service warranty (they all do) and provided me the signed documents on a Pen Drive. When I reached home and looked at the Invoice. To my surprise, I had negotiated the price with Rob and Billy at $36,090 and the invoice shows that I was charged $36,615. Roughly a little over 500$ over the negotiated price. Well, I assumed mistakes happen, so I reached out to Billy to assist me with the error and suggested to Billy that I wouldn't mind them installing a Wireless Charger (approx. 800$ value) in the car and I am ready to pay the difference from what I have been overcharged. Well, the sales guy (Billy) who said that I am here for you 24 x 7, call me on my holiday yada yada, said that I need to talk to Jimmy or Ron to help me with this, Fine whatever. I reached out Ron and he said that he will look into this and is committed to help me address the issue. I sent him screenshot of the invoice and the sticker price (that's what I had agreed to during the negotiations) and he said he needs to speak to Jimmy (Finance) and get back to me. When I sent him another email as a follow up, he replied stating " I have not forgotten you. I am actually going to sit with Jimmy when he is available... and then proceeded to say that "My paperwork, does not reflect yours and it appears mine does not reflect Jimmy's either..... Thats a problem". This was on Friday 8th March. Sent another email reminder to Ron, no response, Called Jimmy yesterday (11th March) and left a voicemail no response, Called up Jimmy again today (12th March) and no response so far. Texted Billy and he says that Ron will be back on Monday (18th) and will get back to me. Really? Honda Cars for McKinney, is this how your treat your customers after the sale ? When a customer is interested in purchase, its a completely diff story (several follow ups, confirmation if you will be there etc. i get that).. Is your mistake of overcharging a customer for 500$ much more than your reputation Honda Cars of Mckinney? More
