I want to think Masud Zafar, for the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I called to ask if they had a specific car available, and he told me it would be in in a couple of days. It was, in fact, in in a couple of days, and was the exact car I was looking for. I have never had a salesman be honest with me before. That says some terrible things for the car industry but it’s true. Most will lie to you and tell you anything you want to hear just to get a sale. That infuriates me. It makes buying a car, a miserable experience. None of that happened this time. It was pleasurable, we shared stories, and it was fun, and I can’t wait to see, not only Masud, but several of the other sales team. They were a bunch of happy, trustworthy and reliable people and Masud Zafar did everything he needed to do to get me the car I wanted. It’s a beautiful new 2024 Pilot Elite. What a nice ride!!
