I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jerry for taking his time to reach out and resolving my issues! ========== Two weeks ago, I purchased a car with Honda Cars of Mckinney (Hendrick). The initial engagement was positive, however, they provided me a different price compared to what was advertised online. One option on the car was Lojack, and after some back and forth, they had provided me an option to remove it on the stipulation only if I financed through American Honda. I was initially going to be ok with it, but they withheld a finance rate until I showed up to the dealership again (2nd trip by now and I live about 35 miles away). The following day, I decided to finance with my own bank at a lower rate, but they forced the $1500 cost of Lojack as mandatory which is odd if offered to me originally as a potential option. Secondly, after I provided my own due diligence for financing, the dealer took my trade in the same day I signed a legally binding contract for the new car, but couldn’t deliver me that same car for 6 days because of the back and forth between them and my bank due to delays on both sides. The whole experience was extremely disappointing, and I never felt like they cared at all. I was nothing more than a transaction to them. They were quick to take my car immediately and listed it online. They even paid off the remaining lien the next day. The sales rep, Masud, managed to get me in a loaner car which was at least some consolation. In the end, I got the car 6 days later, and I am still feeling some regret entrusting my business with this dealership. The only positive I had was working with Masud who was very patient and helpful the entire time as he sympathized with my frustration. I’m unsatisfied that I was forced to pay $1500 for the “optional” Lojack, and to this day, one full week later, I have not received my subscription correspondence as I was told. I guess I’ll have to contact Lojack myself to validate if the car actually has it or if it was a lie to increase the overall price even though I did not want this, could've at least been something else I got for $1500. Ultimately, I just wanted to be done with this dealership. I considered requesting my previous car back the following week. If I anticipated the experience to be as it turned out, I would have avoided doing business in the first place. More

Negotiations went great as well; sales manager was fair and intuitive. Billy Martin assisted with the purchase, follow up Q&A and even shared a delicious club sandwich with us since we missed lunch. Working with Jimmy in financing was smooth and efficient with a paperless process and no pressure. We also received an excellent interest rate with Honda financing. Billy walked us through all the bells and whistles of our new SUV. Overall, best experience ever and will do business with Honda Cars of McKinney for our next auto purchase. More
