I didn't give much notice, however Robert made a shift with scheduling and fit me in on a Sunday afternoon. When I arrived he was pleasant, thoughtful and quite knowledgeable. He reviewed my vehicle and realized their was an airbag recall. Robert seamlessly integrated the airbag recall and necessary service. My vehicle's maintenance and recall issue were completed in a short period of time. I would recommend that any potential sale should include meeting Robert Rofrano. I think he would be an excellent "CLOSER" for any potential sale. Thanks for all of your help! More
