Wonderful Experience - Excellent Customer Service I went to Honda City to help my parents buy a Civic. We dealt with Debbie Edelsen (Salesperson) and Marie Iacono (Finance Officer). My parents' were rear-ended and their car was totaled - so they needed a replacement vehicle ASAP. They were also extremely shaken up by the accident and very anxious during the "new car buying process". After visiting numerous car dealers - we ended up choosing Honda City, primarily because of Debbie and Marie. They were so incredibly patient and understanding with my parents (English is their second language). They weren't pushy in any way and helped walk my parents through the process as painlessly as possible. My mother thought that she would never be comfortable driving again - but Debbie spent so much time explaining the ins and outs of the car so thoroughly, that it worked wonders. She treated my parents like they were her own. My parents now absolutely love their Civic. We all highly recommend Honda City and, especially, Debbie and Marie. More

So helpful I've always been wary of car dealerships, to many bad experiences in the past ..... That being said I took my Honda Accord in for service at Honda cit I've always been wary of car dealerships, to many bad experiences in the past ..... That being said I took my Honda Accord in for service at Honda city I was met by service advisor, Teresa .. She made me feel at home she took the time to explain everything that was being done, she was extremely professional I explained to her how time was an issue for me and I needed to be at a meeting within an hour or so and she expedited my car got me out in 30 minutes !!!! Definitely recommend Honda city and Teresa you have a customer for life thank you ! More

Decent dealership, horrible service department Bought my wife's car here in 2012. Sales guys are willing to negotiate and I was able to get a great deal on the trade in and the new CRV. Prices are too high and they'll argue over every little thing. Had to fight with them to fix the A/C while the car was still under warranty. They wanted $525 to replace a side view mirror. $55 to plug a tire and the list goes on. Always trying to upsell. In short, get a new car here, but STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More
