We thought we had purchased a car after signing the sale sheet ($3000 over MSRP because they can), leaving a deposit, getting the car insured and providing a loan check. When we went to pick up the car, the sheet ($3000 over MSRP because they can), leaving a deposit, getting the car insured and providing a loan check. When we went to pick up the car, they had "mistakenly" sold the car to someone else. They apologized. Lot of good that does when you needed a car for a child going to college. Don't ever go here if you can avoid it. More

This review is for Manager which we don't know the name because he never came and talk to us.We got a quote f and don't care about thier customer. This review is for Manager which we don't know the name because he never came and talk to us.We got a quote from salesman Nick for 2021 civic sport $319 plus dmv and new license plate fee. We told them we are customer of Honda city Li from last 10 years. We got all our previous honda vehicles from them and asked if they consider to reduce the payment from $319 to $300 and the amswer was NO then we asked how about 2022 civic sport the answer from NICK was it's gonna be way more than this $319.We walked out and got the 2022 civic sport from another dealer for $322 a month includes tax acquisition or depositions fee or any other fee, dmv fee was not included. What a deal as compare to Honda city li 2021 civic sport . We would like to thank Honda City Li manager for not giving us deal on 2021. So anyone out thier who is looking to get the Honda vehicle, Honda city LI is NOT the best choice. They are charging way above the MSRP. There are other Honda dealer who will work with you and Managers of other honda dealer are polite, respectfull and come to you and talk to you. Honda City Li bye bye, we are not coming back to you. If in this panedemic situation you don't care about your customer then you will never care in any other situation too. Our 10 years of relationship with you guys has been ended and I'll make sure people who i recommended before to you should not get any more vehicle from you. Already recommended my two friends to other dealer and luckily they got the deal too. Bye Bye Honda city Li More
Christina Salmon is mean-spirited and unprofessional. Someone who is incapable of handling customer service with poise certainly should not be in a managerial position at a dealership. She employs bully Someone who is incapable of handling customer service with poise certainly should not be in a managerial position at a dealership. She employs bully tactics if you do not want to buy on her exact terms. I don't recommend this dealership to first-time buyers or those at risk of being strong-armed into leasing or financing terms you don't want. More

Went to trade a Civic for a new CRV. The salesperson was great, extremely knowledgably and friendly. Spent a lot of time with us including a road test. Negotiating on the trade in, the General Manager ca great, extremely knowledgably and friendly. Spent a lot of time with us including a road test. Negotiating on the trade in, the General Manager came to the salesperson's desk and was immediately nasty that we ran out and bought it at Huntington Honda. I suggest you do as well More
OK so where to begin? My boyfriend and I drove 3+ hours from out of state to come see a Certified Pre-owned Honda Fit 2018 (Orange). TLDR: The car should not be certified AT ALL; these people really messe from out of state to come see a Certified Pre-owned Honda Fit 2018 (Orange). TLDR: The car should not be certified AT ALL; these people really messed up a front bumper panel replacement, probably replaced because of a minor unreported ACCIDENT that they didn't acknowledge, and there are DEEP SCRATCHES that reach the base metal. All of these things are unacceptable for a Certified car. They wanted $1000 more if I used my outside bank loan. It was obvious as soon as we stood in front of the car that the front panel (covering the bumper) had been warped or replaced or something; it was very misaligned with the fenders and hood of the car. Anyone looking at it would know, car person or not... It turns out that once my mechanic looked at the car he said it was a replaced front panel, maybe after-market or maybe Honda genuine part, but either way he was surprised at how badly it was done. The panel ISN'T EVEN THE SAME ORANGE as the rest of the car's body (do they not have matching Honda orange paint at a certified Honda dealership???). It's obvious. The techs at Honda City did a rushed job of painting the wrong orange on a black panel, and didn't even paint it completely, because you can see the black edge as soon as you look at the lip of the front panel. The salesperson, Nick, seemed to have no answers about why the service people replaced the panel before certifying the car and kept saying that "if it had been in an accident, we wouldn't have certified it". But why else would you replace a front panel unless it was from some extensive damage?? Our mechanic's theory is that the car was in a minor accident that wasn't reported to CarFax/Autocheck, most likely involving the front right part of the car colliding with something at low speed; but an accident DID happen. I asked our mechanic if this kind of thing can be realigned and fixed, even with a different panel - his answer was no, it will never be able to be realigned properly so that the seams match up, because the service techs wasted the one opportunity to do it correctly. It seems it's a delicate processing fitting these things and pushing on the rest of the panels again would cause issues. The buyer of this car will have to "live with" a messed up looking, mismatched front panel. Also, the steering is oddly stiff, and there is a shaking when the car goes over 30 miles on the highway. It felt worse to drive than an older Fit I test drove last week. There are also TWO scratches on the body of the car that reach the metal base, which is a big deal as well; according to Honda's own rules for Certified cars, scratches that hit the base metal MUST be repaired/painted properly before it can pass and be sold. So this dealership FAILS CPO standards on THREE counts (panel misaligned, scratches, signs of an accident). Nick our salesperson was unwilling to even entertain the idea that all of this would be reason for a price reduction of the $15995 sale price for a "CPO" car that doesn't even meet certification standards. All he could say about it was "that's the internet price and we can't change the internet price, and the flaws are worked into the sale price". Which is CRAZY, because this car is the most expensive one I've looked at, even compared to other CPOs. It doesn't deserve that price. To put the cherry on top, everyone at this dealership told me I'd have to pay $900 or $1000 more on this car if I used my bank's loan to buy the car, and not the dealership's. Oh, but they also claim to be a "No hidden fees" dealership. Obviously untrue. We wasted our time ultimately, and Honda City didn't live up to any of our expectations of Honda or honestly, just decent customer service. More
