I have been a loyal customer at Honda City since 1993 and I found the same professional experience, knowledge and enthusiasm in my salesman Johnny. This afternoon my husband and I went to Honda City to look to buy either a Passport or Pilot. We have bought Honda cars for the last 25 years. We are considered a Honda Family. The salesman David was ver look to buy either a Passport or Pilot. We have bought Honda cars for the last 25 years. We are considered a Honda Family. The salesman David was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. We presently have a Honda Odyssey 2018 EXL with the full luxury package, and 23,000 miles, which has a lease coming up in May. My husband asked David, as a favor, if he could ask the manager to tell us what the fair market value of our Odyssey. After about 40 minutes waiting, this angry, unprofessional person came and sat down( I believe his name was Keith). He said he was in charge of the leasing. The man was very discourteous. Not understanding what we were trying to say to him, he kept saying our car had, “ no value to it”. He was an angry employee who came out with a bad attitude, giving us a lecture and talking down to us. After listening for a while it was evident to us that he obviously didn’t know why we wanted a fair market value. After repeating numerous times that the Odyssey had NO VALUE, mistakenly thinking that we wanted the dealership to buy back the car from Fusion we then interrupted him and explained that since the car only had 23,000 miles rather than 36,000 miles there WAS VALUE to the car! All we wanted to know was the fair market value of the car to determine if it was advantageous for us to buy out the car and sell it privately. Then after he continued to act and talk in a discourteous manner to us, we stood up and said, “ we are not staying here any longer we can take our business to another Honda dealerships. There are many Honda dealerships in LI who would welcome our business”! This is NOT the way to run a business with a very unprofessional employee. Especially, to a customer who has supported Honda for many years! Ironically, when we got home we had 4 other Honda businesses asking us to come in and do business with them. Which we will make appointments with tomorrow because we WILL be buying the Pilot or Passport! So my suggestion, there are PLENTY of Honda dealerships in LI, who I’m sure are more courteous than the employee in this dealership. More
Just want to say that my car buying experience at Honda City was truly a pleasure. From the minute I arrived at the dealership I was treated with respect by a knowledgeable, friendly salesperson, finance a City was truly a pleasure. After purchase of 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0t, new October 2019. I brought the car for service because the 19inch tires were slowly leaking air. The remedy they did at no charge was to fill the tire October 2019. I brought the car for service because the 19inch tires were slowly leaking air. The remedy they did at no charge was to fill the tires with 36 pounds of air pressure. Soon after I complained about unusual tire wear after a long discussion, the service remedy was to perform a wheel alignment, at the return after wheel alignment the powder coat was scratched on the wheel. There was a recall for B.C.M., and after the service was performed a gouge was taken out of the wheel due to negligence. So after 1year, 4 months my car has damaged caused by the service department. Their interest in the damage they caused is benign, and although they are aware of the damage they did they refuse to fix it. Beware and assert yourself when it comes to this dealers' service department! The only interest they have in your ownership is how much money you spend there. More

This Honda dealership is very unprofessional and disorganized . Went to purchase a vehicle the rep provided me with a price while I was there then wouldn’t honor the price since I was going to pay c disorganized . The rep stated that he couldn’t make money off the deal so he wasn’t going to honor the price he provided unless I financed through them. Terrible More
These people are very racist . I went in to buy a new 2020 civic let’s say these people made up anything to lower my trade and not sell me the car . Jay followed up to my interest in a used Civic by scheduling a test drive. Arrived at dealership and was attended immediately. Manager Ed paired me with salesperson David Marte with whom I took the t scheduling a test drive. Arrived at dealership and was attended immediately. Scheduled pickup for next day, which went as expected as David was coordinating everything to reach that point. Pickup was smooth, from final inspection and signing of finance paperwork with Will. All in all, a very nice experience! More
Went to dealership with my wife. Wanted to lease a CRV. Salesman was a young newbie and had to be guided by a manager, so all the fault in this complaint goes to the manager. We told them there were 3 things of importance to us: price with no money down, 36 month lease NOT a 39 month lease specifically b/c I did not want to be responsible for car past its warranty period of 36 months, and finance must be through Honda Motors Finance NOT through a lessor known leasing company. My wife and I will swear we had arrived at a verbal agreement. Then the signing frenzy began. 20 days later the coupon book from cal auto leasing, NOT Honda, for 39 months, NOT 36 months came in mail. Immediate complaints to two different managers fell on deaf ears. If you do business with this dealership, don’t be trusting. Read and understand everything before you sign your name to anything. I’m 71 and this is the worst car buying/leasing experience I ever had. More
