I Love my 2016 CRV When I started searching for a new vehicle to replace my 2011 Ford Escape, I drove several vehicles. The Honda CRV by fair exceeded my expectations. I did an Internet search and emailed Wally Witt who immediately responded with a price quote. I called and he answered all my questions. Rick Hebb was helpful with questions when I took my test drive. Kimberly Flickinger and Dan Witt helped me with assessorizing my new vehicle. The service department got everything on in a timely manner. JJ was very helpful with all the painful paperwork. The Kingsport Honda staff is amazing. This is my first Honda but I don't think it will be my last. More

"Best new car purchase experience ever"! "Outstanding experienc shopping for a GMC truck!" Internet salesman Adam Mosley went totally beyond the call of duty to get me additional info on a vehicle I had spotted online. Knowing I was calling Internet salesman Adam Mosley went totally beyond the call of duty to get me additional info on a vehicle I had spotted online. Knowing I was calling from several hundred miles away, he emailed me a personalized video late on Saturday night as the dealership was about to close. It allowed me to see the truck in detail, as good as being there. I have dealt with quite a few car salesmen over a forty year span, Adam is the only one to go that far out of his way to accommodate me. Very impressive! They are service oriented from top management throughout each department. Mike Taylor, in sales, does an exceptional job! He is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and never pushy. He bends over backwards to make us happy with the deal we get and the car we choose. He took time to show us the different features of each car and Kimberly did the same, explaining the new features and familiarizing us with our new car before we left the dealership. They are very professional and made us feel very comfortable in our buying experience. We have found Honda Kingsport to be the best dealership in this area by far! More
