Friendly service with no gimmicks! This is not my first experience with Honda Kingsport, nor will it be my last. I have been driving a Honda Pilot for ten years. Not only have I been extremely pleased with the automobile, I have been equally pleased with the service department and the sales/administrative staff. They are all first class, willing to assist in any way I need help. I have just purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot. The experience has been just as I hoped it would be- expedient and friendly with no gimmicks or hyperbole. Our Sales Consultant Cody Parcell was exemplary in his presentation of the vehicle, and his service to us was most appreciated. This transaction and this dealership receive my five star rating!!!!! David M We began our car buying purchase via the internet where three of the closest dealers were requested to provide a quote for a 2015 Honda CR-V. David Meredith from Honda Kingport quickly contacted me and left a quote via email (my preferred method of contact) with a competitive price. The other two dealers continued to try to call but no quotes. We went to see the car and as David was with another customer, we worked with another salesman. All of the staff were extremely friendly and explained the details of all that we were seeing. We had a good idea of price and payments before we went in and I am glad that I feel like we were well treated with no gimmicks or heavy handed tactics. I would highly recommend the folks at Honda Kingsport to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More

Wally was the sales person I was dealing with, he was a very helpful and knowledgeable person. Wally was kind, funny and patient, and believe me he had to have patients when it come to me buying a car. Kimberly was friendly and sweet, she really care about what my needs were. She was so knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to know, plus she didn't make me feel rushed at all. Wesley was the guy that did my paper work, he was so nice and funny. He had all my paper work ready to go, so all I had to do was read and sign.
