Horrible customer service in the finance department at Pauly Honda Libertyville, IL. My retired parents have spent 4 months trying to cancel their Gap Insurance. Troy Meeke received numerous phone calls Pauly Honda Libertyville, IL. My retired parents have spent 4 months trying to cancel their Gap Insurance. Troy Meeke received numerous phone calls and emails with the documents that were requested. It took my parents coming to the dealership from Florida to resubmit the document and now have to send in proof of payoff. This is ridiculous and unacceptable customer service. More
