Fast service on a busy day at Pauly Honda The service department was so busy on Tuesday, November 27. There were a few seats in the waiting area. However, I had a service schedul d for 10:30 a The service department was so busy on Tuesday, November 27. There were a few seats in the waiting area. However, I had a service schedul d for 10:30 and arrived early. My passenger side airbag sensor had to be replaced due to a recall and my oil was scheduled for change. The appointment was to be 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours. They finished my scheduled appointment in an hour. Everyone in the service department is friendly and respectful. They do a good job of going over the service after it is finished. We have been doing business with Pauly Honda for almost 32 years. More

Customer Service has Gone Bad When I bought my first car from here 4 years back, I was extremely surprised to see their customer service, It was awesome. Someone is always there to help you, once you walk in to their dealership you are greeted and being helped on every single point of your experience. I recommended couple of my family members for this dealership and they were also happy with their caring service. But not anymore half of the staff is same, half have been changed. It seems like they don't care for customers anymore. If you walk into their dealership they don't look at you. You roam around from car to car and no one comes to ask you for any help. If you find someone free and ask them they make excuses that they are busy with other customer, when you ask the Receptionist she also keeps asking different sales agent and they say Sorry they are Busy. and you can see them doing nothing. Now they don't care for customer, they don't care if the car gets sold or not. They don't care for discussing the price with you. They give you a price and you decide whether you want to buy it or not. They don't have time to discuss. I don't know if this arrogant attitude is with every customer or only selected customer. They probably think that you are there to waste their time. More
