Our agent , Fernando, was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the pros and cons of our repairs, allowing us to make a decision that was in our best interests. Can never say enough about their high level of integrity. The car runs great and will give us a little more time before we return to Pauly Honda for our next new vehicle. Thanks! More

They are trustworthy and anytime I have been dissatisfied with the service they made it right! Tim and Julie always explain what is wrong in terms in can understand. I can count on them to do a thorough inspection of my van when doing a oil change. A lot of dealers are choosing to charge a fee to look at your car. I haven't found this with Pauly Honda in Libertyville. More
