Disappointing- quite the nightmare I will say- our purchasing experience was one that we were pleased with. We were treated with dignity and respect and would recommend Pete as a salesm I will say- our purchasing experience was one that we were pleased with. But, the experience we have had with the vehicle and the dealership from the moment we left the lot has been something out of a nightmare. We are a young couple that have saved up our pennies to purchase this vehicle with cash. I understand its not their #1 sale, but its our biggest purchase. When we decided to buy the Honda pilot- we told the Salesmen, Pete that the alignment was very off and we preferred to have this fixed before we took it home. He convinced us that we should take it home and drive for a couple days and if its still off then bring it back. I blame ourselves for listening to that advise- why would we think the alignment would fix itself? Pauly Honda should have fixed it for us that day. Instead we had to bring the SUV back and we noticed the very first day we drove it that the back break was ceased. This is why the alignment was off, but if they would have checked the alignment when we asked we wouldn't have had this problem. So we had to drive 3 hours round trip TWICE to drop off and pick up the car. After finally getting the car back, ON THE DRIVE HOME we noticed a HORRIBLE shake in the back of the vehicle when going 35 miles per hour. So that next week we had to drive out AGAIN for a 3 hour round trip to have them fix it. They had our car for an entire week to fix. After we drove to pick up the car again, ON THE RIDE HOME we noticed it STILL had the same problem-- even worse! So we now have had our car for over a month but its been in the shop 90% of that. We have spent 18+ hours driving out there in rush hour. We have had to take off work and spend heaps on money in gas. Our car is still not fixed. We need Pauly Honda to come get the car and fix it, but they say that dont offer shuttle or pick up unless its within a mile of their dealership. Well, if Honda knew how to fix the car before returning it, we would not be in this position. I am hoping they can rectify this and this nightmare can be over. Our shopping experience had been a great one and we wish we could recommend them. But the way this as been, we just cant. More
