I recently bought a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid from this dealership and had a bumpy start, but the team here truly went above and beyond to make it right. Shortly after purchase, the car started showing serious issues collision detection errors, brake system warnings, and most alarmingly, a 6 second delay in gas pedal response that happened randomly. That last one was a real safety concern. I brought the car back multiple times over three weeks, and at first the issues were hard to pin down because they were intermittent and condition dependent. But the team never gave up. Every single time I brought the car in, managers Stephen Matz and the other Stephen made sure I had a loaner car so I was never left without transportation. Kevin Lee, my salesperson, kept everything calm and professional throughout the whole process and was a great point of contact. The real hero was James, the technician who finally cracked the case. He discovered that water was seeping into the tail light wiring, which was triggering a cascade of sensor and system errors throughout the car. Once they replaced the camera and fixed the tail light, the car has been running perfectly. This wasn't a perfect experience from the start, but the way this team handled a difficult situation with patience, loaner cars, and genuine effort to find the root cause shows real integrity.
