Our salesman, Ricardo Arenas, did a wonderful job. Prompt with his return calls, kept our agreed appointment without letting the car get sold, and was efficient in the whole process. Service department hasn’t resulted in the same experience to this point, not returning calls and long wait times to talk to someone.
