We were very pleased with the excellent customer service that we received from Honda Mall of Georgia. This is the 2nd Honda Pilot that we have purchased from Honda Mall of Georgia. The customer service goes above and beyond. I had to have my car towed and missed my appointment time because AAA was picking my car up later. My car got there several hours later but Lloyd called and told me they would take a look but could not be worked on until the next day due to them receiving it so late. By 7:00 am the next day, Lloyd called and told me what was wrong and the cost. The car was still ready for pickup before lunch. I've used Honda Mall of Georgia for 9 years and couldn't be happier.
