Absolutely the worst service experience ever at Honda Mall if Georgia. Ive had my vehicle serviced here for 7.5 years and this experience was horrible start to finish even with an appointment. It seems like everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. This rates up there in the top 5 of worst service experiences ever and I've had quite a few as I'm a senior citizen. So let me say I definitely won't be back. Something has gone wrong there. More

Got me in for my service the same day Ken Hill was very nice Service Advisor I had the shuttle drop off and pick up.
