Terrible customer service Acquired about a used vehicle. They were one of the highest prices in the area. I sent the info I was quoted from another dealership, They had the sam Acquired about a used vehicle. They were one of the highest prices in the area. I sent the info I was quoted from another dealership, They had the same car but a year older with 10,000 more miles from, I sent an email stating what I was quoted for the newer model with less miles. I was thinking even though the one they had was a year older and has 10,000 more miles they might consider lowering their price to compete with a local competitor,to put my daughter in her price range. The finance manager Lucas Myhre, sent the same old come down and see us email. Then I asked about the price, he answered " you didn't contact us because we are the highest priced." Then my parents in Florida emailed me a certified prepared a year newer with 12k less miles for 3k less than they were asking. I sent it to him. He responded with a smart a s s comment looks like you found your car in Florida good luck. If the employees that work for my company acted like this, I would fire them or they would put me out of business. More
