The sales (Ramzi) gave me the price on June 30. I asked him whether I could get the car with this price on July 1st, and he sent me the text message saying yes. I have always done the oil change myself but I was busy so I took my car to get it done. Before they were finished, they told me they wouldn't put the old drain bolt back in. I HAVE TO GET A NEW ONE. Why? so I took my car to get it done. Before they were finished, they told me they wouldn't put the old drain bolt back in. I HAVE TO GET A NEW ONE. Why? I do NOT konw, there was nothing wrong with the bolt. But they insisted that I had to get new one. 3000 miles later, when I did the oil change myself, I found out they forced the new drain bolt in and stripped part of the threads in the oil pan. It was a simple oil change but now I gotta spend time and money to get fix what they had messed up. More
