My brother buys all his cars from Honda of Marysville so when I was looking for a car for my daughter, he told me there was a Malibu on their lot I should look at. I bought this car in September of 2025 and it has been a nightmare ever since. The day after we brought it home it wouldn’t start. The battery was junk and had to be replaced. I emailed my salesman to complain about that and was ghosted. I also left a voicemail requesting the auto check paperwork that they had and never heard back. A week later the front end started making a noise that sounded like a caliper sticking every time we stopped. Like I said, thought it was a caliper until the transmission went out on Polaris pkwy on Black Friday. Once again, tried the salesman and never heard back. I put less than 4,000 miles on this car and spent $3100 on a transmission. After I finally got the car back after Christmas, I put another 4,000 miles on it and the transmission went out again. This just happened a week ago. It’s at a Chevy dealership in Johnstown right now. There’s something seriously wrong with this car that’s causing this problem. Bought a used Subaru Outback from them in October 2024. All good. Month ago lights started blinking again. Call service and was told that the transmission had a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty and to schedule appointment. Scheduled it for today January 14th. I get there and I am told that the transmission has a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. I am also told that they will sending the car across the street to Performance Auto as they will be servicing all non Honda makes. No mention of this on the phone the previous day when I scheduled the appointment, drove the 40 miles to get there and take the day off work. I walk across the street to Performance Auto and am told that knew nothing about it and would not be able to get the car in for at least 2 days. Went back to Honda Marysville spoke to the service manager about how this was severe lack of communication about being told the wrong information about the warranty and not being told the car would be serviced by another dealer. Complete failure in communication and customer service. Got in the car and drove the 40 miles home with a wasted day and no progress on the car. Not a happy customer of Honda Marysville. More

The transmission is going out, the 4WD has started to randomly engage and makes a loud grinding noise, the engine has consumed near 2 quarts of oil in the less than 2,000 miles I’ve driven it, and the cherry on top, the starter is going out. This thing has been a nightmare. So now, I’m paying a ton monthly for a truck that’s barely drivable. For your own sanity and bank account, don’t waste your money on the used xxx here. More

The dealer allowed a service person to PEANENTLY change all my radio stations. Why was he allowed to run down my battery? Why was he allowed to mess up the way I use the car? But I lost the use of my radio until I did the extra work of changing channels. What a way to treat customers. I will never go back to that dealer, and I always buy Hondas. More

Matt was wonderful to work with, and made the buying process clear and easy. The vehicle I purchased is in good shape aside from a squeal under the hood which they replaced the serpentine belt in an att process clear and easy.
