Sales org is fantastic! Bought new in 2013 from Fred. (RIP) Service has been a challenge: good to 100 thousand service. Service re-used the valve cover gaskets, had an oil Bought new in 2013 from Fred. (RIP) Service has been a challenge: good to 100 thousand service. Service re-used the valve cover gaskets, had an oil leak, and had to argue to get it corrected without paying out of pocket for it. I still continued using them. next up, front end allignment with the purchase of new tires. they tell me they couldn't align it within specs. recommended struts. We replaced the struts and marched on through oils changes, tire rotations and low and behold. it's time for new tires due to an bad wear on the inside of the tires. New tires and again they cannot align the front end even close to what it was out the first time. It got worse and wasn't fun to drive anymore. Brought it to another garage in the local area. and it must have been magic. the front end is within line and once again drives fine. Imagine that! I'll take advantage of their free car washes (when they decide to open it) but never again will they ever again spin a wrench on my vehicles. They could also use some more experienced service writers. Used to be you retired from wrenches to writing service. Time have changed I guess. . Two stars for sales, but service and parts is where the rubber meets the road, and you folks didn't do very good by me. More
