quickly performed the work I requested I came in to have the MassDOT inspection/emissions test performed, as I just moved to Massachusetts from Connecticut. I leased my vehicle from Hond I came in to have the MassDOT inspection/emissions test performed, as I just moved to Massachusetts from Connecticut. I leased my vehicle from Honda of Westport, and I received the same quality service at Honda North as I've come to expect from HoW. I was surprised that this dealership did not mark up the inspection fee at all -- I paid 35$ which is the exact fee for the state. Not only was there no markup on this fee, but I also got a free carwash and beverage to boot. I will probably visit this dealership from now on for the duration of my lease. Thanks More

His manager however was not patient, and I felt pressured and upset by his persistence despite being clear I would think about a purchase and would not decide on the spot..
