C service I want to thank Vic Gillespie my advisor, she handled everything and when I declined the loaner car she made sure I had plenty of coupons for water & I want to thank Vic Gillespie my advisor, she handled everything and when I declined the loaner car she made sure I had plenty of coupons for water & coffee. Matthew M found that I also needed an alignment and that my Transmission and Brakes fluids were too dark. I'm truly glad Of that as the car feels and drives like new. Steve Bouchie saw me waiting and even offered me lunch which was really nice. I had some questions about a platinum service contact that I had bought thinking at the time that it covered Tires and brakes, I guess it just covers the parts. I'm still not clear on that and will need to review my contract with him again. However that is a separate issue. The service that I received was outstanding and I thank Vic, Matthew and Steve, for outstanding service. Regards Mary Archibald More

Satisfactory customer service I came into Honda North for an oil change. Not only did they do the oil change but they also checked my brakes, wipers, tires, etc. at no extra cost. I came into Honda North for an oil change. Not only did they do the oil change but they also checked my brakes, wipers, tires, etc. at no extra cost. Not to mention they even gave me a 10% off discount since it was my first time having my car serviced there, which I greatly appreciated. I also explained to the guy who helped me out how my front license plate frame had broken off, I was willing to buy a new one but he told me not to worry about it and provided a new one for my car and changed the bolts because they were rusty. They also briefly cleaned/vacuumed my car for me which I thought was really nice. I most certainly left a happily satisfied customer at Honda North, and will gladly be back again. More

Returned after a long time away I purchased my 2003 CRV from Honda North and had gotten away from their service department. Having just purchased a 2014 Crosstour, I brought it to Honda North for servicing and was pleasantly surprised at how smooth things ran. Staff was friendly and helpful and efficient. The snack bar area is a nice place to stay while the work is being done. Makes you feel like you're somewhere else (not in a dealership). More
