Dear Frogman29, Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. About 5 years ago, Honda North was offering free inspection stickers for life with the purchase of a vehicle. The Massachusetts RMV made us aware that we could no longer do this. As a result we have substituted 5 free car washes per year to each customer. We refer to this as the Car Wash Club. We feel that since we can no longer offer the free inspection sticker, 5 free car washes ($40) value was a good alternative.
