Great service but disappointed with the result. I always thought highly of the dealership from the moment I bought my CR-V almost two years ago. The great service as always and I was surprised that the oil change was quick. However, my loyalty for the dealership has diminished after noticing three new dents on my car when I got home from the oil change. I know one of the dents was not there (on the front passenger door side) before because I had some work done on that side as a result of an accident few months ago. I was very surprised to see the dents because I expected the mechanic would take a good care of my car but that was not the case. As a result, I won't be going back to the dealership for future services or sales. More
Things seemed to have changed for the better. After a whole host of service issues and bad service, I was determined to NEVER walk back into Honda North. That lasted until my wife wanted to test drive a CRV when her Subaru Forester reached it's final days. Not only did I have my previous issues at Honda North, but we had also just walked out of another dealership when our scheduled appointment which was confirmed early in the day was ignored. But then we worked with Peter Anderson at Honda North. Peter listened to my previous history with Honda North, let us vent over the issue with the other dealer all while managing to juggle us while also working with other clients. Peter disarmed us by doing a very soft sell, while managing to be two places at once. Peter allowed us all the time we needed, answered all of our questions, and was true to every word given to us that night. Ultimately while just recently closed on a different make and model of a car, Peter Anderson managed to close on a different deal entirely. I will once again consider shopping with Honda North again; provided I can work with Peter. More

She was literally, the most straight forward, honest, friendly and enthusiastic sales person I have ever met; and for a car salesperson that's twice as hard to find! All I can say is, if you are looking for a car and you are considering a Honda, go here and speak with Cheryl, you will not shop anywhere else after.
