He was attentive to our needs & did not apply any kind of pressure to get a sale. He satisfied all our expectations, the price was right & we walked out feeling that our experience was exceptional. Even after the sale he continued to be resilient in getting our vehicle equipped & ready for delivery. I would recommend this dealership & personnel to anyone who asks. A/C Issues 2006 Ridgeline lost A/C and needed extensive repair. A/C was lost again shortly after because another component failed. Steve and Mike took care of th 2006 Ridgeline lost A/C and needed extensive repair. A/C was lost again shortly after because another component failed. Steve and Mike took care of the problem in less than 24 hours, provided me a loaner (as they did for the major repair) and treated this last repair as a warrantee and didn't charge me. Their approach to customer service is phenomenal. That has always been my experience with Steve and Honda North service. More
