That was not my experience this week at Honda North. I say, "Keep up the good work of treating every customer as if they were your own family and making sure that that they understand the entire process clearly." I was a 03 Pilot owner so I was an easy customer knowing exactly what I wanted and expected from the truck. The test drive was almost unnecessary. They gave me the best price but it all happened very fast when I signed all the papers. Probably could have got a bit more on the old Pilot in trade and didn't need the extended warranty but that's on me. I recommend dealing with Honda North. Just know about your trade value, all the fees, financing and warranty options before you go in. There are some negotiating points and you don't have to let them lead the deal. I suppose that goes for every dealer. Thanks for reading. More

Excellent service dept. Brought car in on Monday for Level I service. Several other things needed to be done. Was given the cost and I agreed to have additional work done. Brought car in on Monday for Level I service. Several other things needed to be done. Was given the cost and I agreed to have additional work done. Better to catch a problem when it's small than wait and have a big fix later. Shuttle driver was very nice. I don't work too far from Honda North but took the ride anyhow. Was also offered coffee while I waited for my ride. All work was completed before I got out of work. More
