That was not my experience this week at Honda North. I was a 03 Pilot owner so I was an easy customer knowing exactly what I wanted and expected from the truck. The test drive was almost unnecessary. They gave me the best price but it all happened very fast when I signed all the papers. Probably could have got a bit more on the old Pilot in trade and didn't need the extended warranty but that's on me. I recommend dealing with Honda North. Just know about your trade value, all the fees, financing and warranty options before you go in. There are some negotiating points and you don't have to let them lead the deal. I suppose that goes for every dealer. Thanks for reading. More
