Excellent service dept. Brought car in on Monday for Level I service. Several other things needed to be done. Was given the cost and I agreed to have additional work done. Better to catch a problem when it's small than wait and have a big fix later. Shuttle driver was very nice. I don't work too far from Honda North but took the ride anyhow. Was also offered coffee while I waited for my ride. All work was completed before I got out of work. More

I had already researched the car and I had the pleasure of working with Vicky at Honda North in Danvers to purchase a new 2015 Honda Fit EX-L/Navi. I had already researched the car and knew what color and model/options that I wanted. Vicki quickly found the car at a Honda dealership in Maine and had it brought to Honda North within a day. Frustrating and disappointing experience I called and made a 9:00 am appointment 5 days before and then dropped my vehicle off the night before my 9am appointment. We called and informed the service department the day before that we would be dropping the car off that evening so hopefully they could get started earlier than the 9am appointment. We were assured that the car would be worked on no later than 9am if not earlier. We stated that the car needed to be picked up by 2pm the day of the service appointment. On the day of the appointment we had a family emergency and needed my car. At 11:00am we called to find out if/when the car would be done and were told that it hadn't been on yet. When we asked why since it had been there since the night before and we had a 9am appointment we were told that since we didn't need it until 2:00pm they figured it could wait. I find it completely ridiculous that making an appointment 5 days before means nothing and they just work on their own schedule. Why bother even scheduling appointments if you aren't going to honor them??? On top of everything they didn't vaccum the front of the car or put it through the car wash.... I have never been to a dealership where they didn't at least put the car through the car wash! Even jiffy lube runs a vaccum through the car after they service it. More
