Finally, a Trustworthy Dealership After having a bad experience with another car dealership I was hesitant to start looking for another car again and wary of car salesmen in general. A friend of mine recommended going to Honda North and I am so glad that I did. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly welcome that I received with no pressure. My salesman was informative, straightforward, and honest!! In addition, Josh was very accessible whenever I needed more information. He always made sure to get back to me as soon as possible and never kept me wondering. His assistance and knowledge made me feel more secure that I was making the right decision about purchasing my vehicle there. He even went out of his way to retrieve the specific CRV that I was looking for and I am so thankful for his extra effort. The teal color CRV is absolutely gorgeous! The employees at Honda North are truly invested in their customers. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I would highly recommend going to Honda North. The people here actually care and are not trying to bamboozle you at all!!! I look forward to going back when it is time to get my CRV serviced and feel comfortable with the people who work there. I then scheduled a visit and test drive. I was taken care of by Ed Dake, whom was very professional, courteous, and friendly. I knew what I wanted and Ed quickly realized that and helped me expedite the sales process, which I greatly appreciated. It was a busy day at the dealership with many transactions taking place, but Ed kept me informed of the progress at all stages. I also had some difficulty getting the car registered, no fault of Ed's or the dealership, but Ed also made sure things were sorted out. Between Ed Dake and Jameel Nicholes, I felt as though they saw the sale through to the finish which was great. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and did not sell me anything I did not ask for which I appreciated. They were transparent and trustworthy.
