My Honda Fit has required so little maintenance that I can't really comment on the "quality of work" -- in 3 years, I've had one or two small problems and, as far as I can tell, they've been fixed immediately with no hassle. Honda North seems to have figured out how to find and keep smart, satisfied employees who enjoy and take pride in their jobs. Props!! More

The Service Advisor, Vic Gillespie, and the Mechanic, Bill, were both very courteous and knowledgeable. We waited while the NE B Service was performed and Vic promptly let us know of the additional recommended service which did not take too much longer to be completed. After all was completed we did find some brake related noise and returned to Honda North to have it checked the same afternoon. Vic had it brought in for us immediately and we met with Bill for a road trip. Bill was able to identify the noise and with his additional work he was able to resolve the problem and eliminate the noise soon after. More
