The customer services rep remembered me from my previous Honda even though it had been a while since I was in for service. She was friendly, helpful and made sure the car was ready when promised! Additionally, my sales person Nagi Fayed met me before I could even ask for him and gave me the spare key and asked if I needed anything. The service is outstanding! More

I have 2 hondas, One just purchased in February and the other (2003 Civic). I service both these vehicles at your location. If you look at the service history on the Civic, I have spent quite a bit of money and you cant give a discount to long time customers to purchase and install a battery...! I am returning on Tuesday b/c transmission fluid is leaking...If I recall 3-4 years ago you serviced the transmission which was new only had about 20,000 miles...now you want to charge me for a transamission inspection fee to determine the cause of the leak...!!! Tim was great Coming home this weekend, all of the lights on my dash started going crazy. Sine I was close to home, I drove it the rest of the way and parked it. Coming home this weekend, all of the lights on my dash started going crazy. Sine I was close to home, I drove it the rest of the way and parked it. I brought it in and the service crew analyzed it. The problem may have been due to a number of factors, or it may have just been environmental. Tim explained all of the various potential issues, but also each of their limitations as well. He gave me the information that I needed, and then let me make the decision. At no time did I feel pressured to take a particular course of action. I very much appreciated his thoroughness and the way that he treated me. My only criticism of the process (and this is not a criticism of Tim) is that today I had to bring my Subaru in for a diagnosis at Ira. They do not charge for the diagnosis. Once again, this is not a criticism of Tim since he explained upfront to me what the charge would be. However, Honda North may want to know that the competition doesn't charge for this service and you may want to reconsider your policy on this. More

Buyign experience was excellent, service department, eh. I bought a used Nissan Pathfinder several years ago from Honda North. The sales person told me I could bring my car there for service. I called today I bought a used Nissan Pathfinder several years ago from Honda North. The sales person told me I could bring my car there for service. I called today to schedule and was told that the service manager could not order the part I need and I would have to go to a Nissan Dealership. I am disappointed as I really wanted to give my business to Honda North and now I have to go elsewhere. More
