A pleasant experience Had to bring my 2006 Honda Odyssey in for warranty recall and had oil change. The proceedure was going to take several hours so I was asked if I want Had to bring my 2006 Honda Odyssey in for warranty recall and had oil change. The proceedure was going to take several hours so I was asked if I wanted to stay or get a lift home, which I did. When work was done a driver was sent to get me. All in all, this dealership is excellent to work with. I highly recommend Honda North for both a car buying experience and great service dept. More
Best car buying experience ever Eduard, the salesman was excellent. He was very knowledgable about his product. He took the time to work with me even though the dealership was extremely busy that day. I never felt any pressure from him, the manager or anyone else that day. The process took longer than they would have liked, because of how busy they were, but they were apologetic for the delays and took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and offered refreshments. In the past I have met the prospect of buying a car with dread. My experience with Honda North was the best ever and I don't believe I would want to do business anywhere else. More

I originally went for an inspection sticker and to diagnose the problem causing the VSA and Eng Probably the most involved process I ever experienced. I originally went for an inspection sticker and to diagnose the problem causing the VSA and Eng light to stay lighted. The car was in the shop for 30 days and had a myriad of parts and systems checked or replaced. Because the problem could not be resolved ,even with the expertise of Honda Central, we abandoned the 08 accord and purchased a 2014 Accord. This is certainly not what we had in mind but that's the way it turned out. I guess in the overall scheme we were treated well and were served by some friendly and competent people. Excellent Customer Service My car was making an odd sound that seemed to be coming from the brakes. I was scheduled early in the morning and Vic was great about putting two tech My car was making an odd sound that seemed to be coming from the brakes. I was scheduled early in the morning and Vic was great about putting two technicians on my case as the brakes and drive belt needed assistance. This was really kind of her, as I am 8 months pregnant and appreciated not having to stay there all day. She was wonderful. My only complaint is the cost of the repairs, as my uncle who is a mechanic believed I was charged too much for labor/hours of work. I understand that the cost at the dealership is typically more expensive; however, and that you are paying for expertise. I cannot say enough positive remarks about the customer service at Honda North. We always feel that we are well-served there. More
