Oil Change Fantastic service as always. I was promptly greeted when I pulled up to the service bay, the time to complete the work was basically exactly as the se Fantastic service as always. I was promptly greeted when I pulled up to the service bay, the time to complete the work was basically exactly as the service professional stated it would be, and the service professional went over my entire write-up with me before letting me leave. The car was washed and ready as soon as she was finished. Also, as a woman I've had numerous experiences at service stations and dealerships where men try to take advantage of that fact by selling me things I don't need or treating me like I'm stupid. That NEVER happens here. They actually employ plenty of women. I think it's pretty cool. Will definitely keep coming back. More

Vacuum I was under the impression that will your first free oil change I would be receiving a complimentary car wash and vacuum. I was a little disappointed to see it not vacuumed out when thats what was offered. More

New car on a budget! I went into Honda North after going to the Honda in Reading and the Nissan place on RT1 in Lynnfield. ANd while I was very pleased with the nissan pla I went into Honda North after going to the Honda in Reading and the Nissan place on RT1 in Lynnfield. ANd while I was very pleased with the nissan place I was not happy with the service and the attitude at the Honda Reading. As my husband and I really had our hearts set on the CRV for its mileage and feel, we went to Honda North in Danvers. Ben greeted us at the door and made us feel welcome right away. He was very knowledgeable with everything we asked about from child safety to the tech in the car. I was SO pleased with how he treated us I would have bought the car at full price if we could! How I am treated is so important when I am purchasing anything which is why our purchase was not made at Honda Reading. Ben was so so helpful when we made our decision, he was not pushy or aggressive in his sales, which I am always worried about (that car salesman stereotype!). After working with Ben, Steve (manager) and John (finances) we settled on our beautiful grey Honda CRV LX and we could not be happier. The day we picked it up, we were so excited and it was very apparent that Ben was happy for us too. He understood why we needed our car, our budget that we could not be moved on, and everything. I was SO pleased with Ben and the entire staff at Honda North. Thank you so much!! More

Vic also called me very soon after I dropped off my car to explain what my car would need and everything was completed by the 4 pm time. I will say the dealership itself sort of overdoes the customer service a little bit: I received and email and 2 phone call reminders about my appointment--one would have been plenty--and the second phone call from Stephen Bouchie also "reminded" me that they're looking for used cars... I don't like that aspect of it, but my car runs like new and that's what matters to me. More
