Car was done on time, was washed and pristine when we picked it up, and the difference in handling is noticeable. Although this has been mentioned before, it merits repeating--there are 3 Honda dealerships that are closer in miles to our home. We choose to do business with Honda North because they have never let us down and are exceptional in their professionalism. More

Finally, a Trustworthy Dealership After having a bad experience with another car dealership I was hesitant to start looking for another car again and wary of car salesmen in general. After having a bad experience with another car dealership I was hesitant to start looking for another car again and wary of car salesmen in general. A friend of mine recommended going to Honda North and I am so glad that I did. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly welcome that I received with no pressure. My salesman was informative, straightforward, and honest!! In addition, Josh was very accessible whenever I needed more information. He always made sure to get back to me as soon as possible and never kept me wondering. His assistance and knowledge made me feel more secure that I was making the right decision about purchasing my vehicle there. He even went out of his way to retrieve the specific CRV that I was looking for and I am so thankful for his extra effort. The teal color CRV is absolutely gorgeous! The employees at Honda North are truly invested in their customers. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I would highly recommend going to Honda North. The people here actually care and are not trying to bamboozle you at all!!! I look forward to going back when it is time to get my CRV serviced and feel comfortable with the people who work there.
