Honda Service Took my 2012 Honda CR-V in for service, oil change, several cars ahead of mine. I was told about 45 minutes or so. Got a cup of coffee and a breakfas Took my 2012 Honda CR-V in for service, oil change, several cars ahead of mine. I was told about 45 minutes or so. Got a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Not even 45 minutes later, my car was done, washed and vacumed. Service rep went over all that was done and what was scheduled next. Can't ask for better service. More
Not satisfied. Was quoted a price of $533.00 to replace starter, was charged $115.00 for a diagnostic that was not need because I told them it was the starter. They then called and told me the price would be $900,00, when I told her I was quoted $533 she then told me they made a mistake it would be $800.00. I took the car back and will now go someplace else to be fixed. This was all very misleading on your part. In the last five years between myself and family we have bought 3 cars from you. We will not be buying from you again which is really to bad because we where very happy with the car itself but feel we cannot trust your dealership when it comes to service. More
