A/C Issues 2006 Ridgeline lost A/C and needed extensive repair. A/C was lost again shortly after because another component failed. Steve and Mike took care of the problem in less than 24 hours, provided me a loaner (as they did for the major repair) and treated this last repair as a warrantee and didn't charge me. In reviewing my old invoices, it looks like you nearly tripled your hourly labor rate over roughly the past 17 years. And the markup on the idle air control valve seems very high. But the 10% loyalty discount is somewhat helpful (and other loyalty treatment of me in the recent past has restrained me from selecting a "Poor" rating for "Price" for this repair). And the service was great. More
