unhappy with "scheduling" Everyone was very nice at the dealership but when I schedule an appointment for service I expect it to be followed. When I arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment I was told it was going to be an hour and a half or two hours wait. I waited because I needed the service but I normally wouldn't have. I scheduled an appointment thinking I would be taken on or even a little past my scheduled time. Instead I had to wait over an hour before my car even got the garage. I had arranged child care and had to call to extend it which not only put them out but cost me more money. I am also a nursing mother and I had not planned to be there that long so I did not being my pump. I will return to the dealership only because I have a paid maintenance plan. But I probably will not schedule another appointment since it doesn't seem to matter and those who show up randomly are taken at the same rate as those of us with appointments I am pretty disappointed with the way the scheduling our lack there of was handled. I believe if you want to keep the scheduling part you should either make of the street customers wait or schedule less appointments. More

This happened on a Saturday evening so Sunday afternoon I limped into th An unfortunate road hazard ruined one of the tires on my two week old Accord. This happened on a Saturday evening so Sunday afternoon I limped into the service bay and spoke with both a service coordinator as well as a shop manager. They were very helpful and explained that the tire could not be repaired with any assurance for safety. I took their suggestion and replaced the tire with a new one. They did not have the tire in their stock but went to a supplier and had the new tire on the car and in less than an hour I was on my way. I feel the service was first rate and the price of the tire more than fair. A great experience but I expected nothing less as this is our third vehicle from this dealership. John R. Cascio More

The 3 men listed above were great. However....after 6 days had to call to find out was my registration ready?? and was told yes come on up. When I got there I had to wait 2 hours for my registration and a sticker on a week old car! I realize it was busy but was told 1/2 hr wait and 2 hours later, holding squirmy 8 mo old, I got my sticker..Have been dealing with Honda for over 12yrs and this was my first unhappy experience though. More
Clicking brake switch My brake pedal was making a clicking noise and I’ve only owned the car for a couple months. I made an appointment in person and was told that this wa My brake pedal was making a clicking noise and I’ve only owned the car for a couple months. I made an appointment in person and was told that this was normal for CRVs. That “it’s just like the click of a light switch” and that it is how they are made and there was nothing they could do about it. I informed the man that I wouldn’t pay $25,000 for a light switch that clicked and that if this was the case, they should hire an engineer to develop a new switch. I also informed him that when I purchased this car, I actually bought 2 CRVs and the other car was not making this sound. He agreed to make the service appointment. I made the appointment as early as possible, hoping my day wouldn’t be ruined. I dropped my car off at 7am... and didn’t hear back till 3pm! When I received the call, I was told the car isn’t making any noise and I could pick it up at any time. When I arrived, I brought the service man to the car without getting into the car and touched the brake. The noise was clearly still there (and loud enough to be heard over the radio). I was just stared at... The following week, I called the manager who didn’t seem too interested in the story. He also told me the brake switch will click. When I told him I had another 2014 CRV to compare to, he said to bring the car in for another look (I think he just wanted me off the phone). He did however agree to give me a rental car when I came to drop the car off for the same problem. Needless to say, the brake switch was replaced and now doesn’t make a sound. Overall, the experience was awful but at least it was fixed I guess. More

How To Make A Sad Day Good I didn't want a new car, I just wanted my old, sick, dying car to be magically OK. The salesman I was assigned to, Peter Anderson, was right there, i I didn't want a new car, I just wanted my old, sick, dying car to be magically OK. The salesman I was assigned to, Peter Anderson, was right there, in understanding and in working realistically within my limits. What I was hearing from him about a car was exactly what I was shown and offered. Any showroom waiting was reasonable, and not because another customer had arrived or someone else was on the phone. The test drive was very comfortable and calm. I felt acquainted to the car within seconds. Peter explained options in a clear and organized fashion so that I was able to make financial decisions quickly and with confidence. Every timeline he presented was kept. Picking up a new, beautiful car was the easiest big decision I've ever made. Thank you, Peter. And the first week I've had the car has been just as relaxed. And if I have a question in the future, I have no doubt that when I call, Peter will be just as helpful and accommodating (and remember me) as during the buying process. More
