2002 Honda Civic Made an appointment for my daughter's car for service on Saturday 6/14 at 9am. Arrived at 8:55 and got right in and wanted to wait for a diagnosis. Th Made an appointment for my daughter's car for service on Saturday 6/14 at 9am. Arrived at 8:55 and got right in and wanted to wait for a diagnosis. The car had a problem with the A/C. They told me it would take a couple of hours to get a determination. When they came out at 11am, I was told it was the compressor and the estimate was around $1,080.00. and would not be ready until around 4pm. I arranged a ride from my wife and left to wait for an update. Received a call from Vic around 2pm stating they were having an additional problem getting the alternator out to replace the compressor and would need to replace the alternator as well for an additional $350.00 and would not be ready to hopefully 5-5:30pm. I had no choice and had them proceed. The car was finished at 5:30pm and because of Vic the total was capped at $1,200.00. Overall she was very compassionate about the cost and explained everything throughout the process. More

Honda North has a great selection and definitely the best prices around. Their salesforce is incredibly helpful and never push for more than asked for. The service department is upfront and honest, and they do great work quickly and at a reasonable price. The hours are incredibly convenient and they will bend over backwards to do the best they can. I'm very lucky to have such a great dealership just a couple miles from my home. Obviously there is a lot of good associated with being an employee-owned dealership. More

We purchased our current Odyssey at Honda North primarily because of the excellent service. I came in for an oil change recently and added an alignment and 15,000 mile check up and it all got done the same day, with a free loaner rental car! All without an appointment ahead of time. Everyone was polite and accommodating. More
