I drove up to Honda North where I have gone for service in past years with my Honda Accord. It was only a few minutes before I was helped by the person who may be the service manager. I explained what was going on and the oil change was taken care of almost immediately. I think I was there for a half hour or less. After that was completed the same person came back, explained everything that was done/checked and sent me on my way to pay for the service. The young woman who worked the desk was very pleasant.and I told her what a pleasant experience it always is to do business with my car at Honda North. More
5000 mile complimentary oil change I was taken right in at 4:30 pm, told it would be 45 minutes, but was done in about 1/2 hr. They even vacuumed the front floors :) Very pleased! The first Pilot we bought was awesome, we worked with Gus on that agreement and he made the experience great. Last week, we traded in our 2011 Pilot for a 2014 Pilot and once again had a fantastic experience. This time we worked with Zak and he was just as accommodating, friendly and honest. He was so easy to communicate with and made the entire experience a great one. Overall, we just can't believe how you all make the "daunting" task of purchasing a vehicle into a great stress-free experience. I have now passed my first Honda on to my daughter and have purchased my second Honda CRV. We had always been a "Volvo Family" but we have been "converted" by the performance of our Honda and the wonderful service we have received at Honda North in Danvers. During my most recent visit this week, Dennis Torres was our service advisor and he was highly professional and courteous and kept me update throughout the day regarding additional service that was recommended. He is certainly a remarkable representative for the company. As a small business owner, I know how important it is to have individuals who you represent your company with integrity. I would highly recommend Honda North to anyone who would like to have a most positive experience buying and servicing this next car. More
Painless and pleasureable experience. Peter Anderson made the experience painless. He was very helpful in finding the perfect car for me at a price I could afford. I love the way everything is taken care of by them: registration, old plates taxes etc, It was very nice of the manager to thank me for leasing a car from them. Everyone there was very friendly. At the end Peter explained what everything in the car was and how to use it. He even did some of the settings for me. Such as he set up my Bluetooth and phone contact numbers and a couple of speed dial numbers. Very pleasurable experience and I could've gotten the car in one day if I didn't go to them at 4pm in the afternoon. I only visited one dealer before going there. They got me what I wanted so there was no need to go to any other dealers for a car. More
