I had a pleasant visit there yesterday. I drove my car in and was greeted right away. Best experience I've had so far at Honda North I bought my 2004 Civic at Honda and this Service appt was the best I've had so far. Kim was great, she was so very helpful and informative. She took extra steps to help me understand sway bars. Joe the shuttle driver was great too, we had lovely conversation on our ride. Dead Battery This was my second trip in a week for a dead battery. The first visit they replaced the remote starter antenna but the dead battery happened again. The second visit they removed the remote starter and installed a new battery. Time will tell if ths was the problem. More
