This was my first visit to the service center (purchased car new in June). The service rep met me at the door. He explained what service was due (5000 mile) and I asked him if I could get the door locking car new in June). The service rep met me at the door. He told me the service would be approx. 30 - 45 minures. I went and had a cup of coffee and the car was done before I could finish the coffee (20 minutes) Another surprise.,.....there was no charge for the first service. The car was delivered back to me at the door, interior cleaned and outside washed. More

When I arrived at Honda North, Dennis Torres did an excellent job in making sure that the 10,000 mile service was completed in a manner consistent with my previous visits. You need to rethink your prices for service. They are now too high. $51.39 is outrageous for an oil change. $466.00 for a C service. I have given all 5's because Honda North deserves them every, single time! From the moment I drove onto the lot, there was a person wanting to assist me. I brought my new CR-V in to have its first, c them every, single time! From the moment I drove onto the lot, there was a person wanting to assist me. I brought my new CR-V in to have its first, complementary oil change. And not only did they change the oil but they washed and vacuumed the car......and the price was "0' dollars.
