Very simply - it was the typical car buying experience you read about. Lowball the trade in; do not negotiate because they already give you the "Value price" and then say the offer is only good if you buy you read about. Seriously - can someone let these folks know that we are in the 21st century. The salesman, Aldo, was nice enough - but once the Sales manager got involved it became a joke. This dealer is 3 miles from my house and it would have been much easier to buy from them. Instead, I found another dealer 45 minutes away that was fair from the start and did not pull all the sales crap. I got a good deal, they made some money and everyone was happy. If you want to pay a couple thousand more for a car - go to Honda North. Otherwise, shop around a little and you will be much happier! More

We have dealt with Honda North before (this is our 3rd Accord from them). We went initially with what we thought would be a major repair to an 8 yr old vehicle. Gus was terrific, pleasant, understanding, efficient and helpful. We test drove two certified used cars and chose a great 2012 model with very low mileage. The warranty they give is unbelievable. The price was amazingly good. We had done our web research before going in - so we knew what the inventory was like in the Boston area for similar cars. Honda North more than beat the competition on price and service. Peter worked with us on financing (a challenge these days) and was so proactive on our behalf. The service department was wonderful and because we were negotiating for another car they comped the charge for estimating all the repairs we would have needed. We will never buy a car from anyone other than Honda North. More

The sales crew recognized that we were coming to them already frustrated with the car buying process. They were not at all pushy.
